Understand your CTC before you sign

The longer explanations behind the homepage: what a CTC can hide, and how each number in your result is built.

₹20L CTC can mean very different things

Two offers can have the same headline CTC and leave you with very different monthly cash.

That’s because CTC can include employer PF, gratuity, variable pay, joining bonuses, ESOPs and other components that don't become monthly salary.

We show you where the money actually goes.
